CSE has helped clients design and build new warehouse and manufacturing space, and also retrofit existing space for new uses.  Institutional clients include the City of Bridgeport Housing Authority, which has used CSE to test the structural integrity of stairways in some of its properties and provide construction oversight as the new treads and landings were installed. 

The Northeast has some of the oldest institutional and industrial buildings in the country, and CSE provides creative solutions for repair, renovation, and re-use of those older facilities.  We can also provide comprehensive design services for specialty structures like towers, steeples and smokestacks.
