Structural integrity is CSE’s business, but some clients come to us with issues that should have been reasonably foreseen by a contractor, builder or engineer.  CSE can perform a detailed assessment of a structure’s construction and condition to determine if codes and trade standards were followed appropriately. 

After documenting deficiencies in design and/or construction, we work with our clients to help them resolve the issue, either through remediation by the original engineers or contractors, or through the court system as an expert witness in a deposition and/or civil trial.
